Shipping Policy

At Crosscut, we take pride in fulfilling bulk orders with care, efficiency, and transparency. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website in accordance with Indian law.

Minimum Order Quantity

We only process orders of 50 pieces or more per product.

Orders below the Minimum Order Quantity will not be accepted.

Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required to initiate processing.

The remaining 50% payment must be made at the time of delivery or before dispatch, as mutually agreed.

Processing and Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 7–45 business days from the date of advance payment.

Delivery timelines vary by location and are usually within 15–21 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the order’s weight, volume, and delivery destination, and will be disclosed at the time of order confirmation or invoice generation. And it will be paid by the buyer only.

Courier and Logistics

In the first instance, it is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for logistics and transportation of the goods. However, should the buyer be unable to make such arrangements, Crosscut may assist by coordinating with reputed third-party courier and logistics service providers on the buyer’s behalf.

Please note that Crosscut shall not be held liable for any delays or disruptions in delivery arising from the actions or omissions of third-party logistics providers, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Delivery Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If the shipment is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, the buyer may bear reshipping costs.
